Running

Running basically is the best exercise for your legs. Not only legs move in this exercise but your whole body takes part in this exercise including your belly.

Crunches

Crunches are the collection of exercises to remove your belly fats. We have enlisted all the crunches here.

1. Regular Crunch

In regular crunches, you have to lay down and lift up your legs. Now keep your hands behind your head and start moving your head toward knees and then down.

2. Side Crunch

 

In side crunch, you have to move your head toward left and right side in the same position as shown above

3. Double Crunch

As name shows, in double crunches, you have to move your both head and legs. Move your head toward legs and at same time move your legs toward your head

4. Twist Crunch

Twist crunch and side crunch are basically the same things but there is very less different. In twist crunch, you have to keep your chest upward than in side twist. This is best to burn your fats from sides of belly.

5. Reverse Crunch

In Reverse Crunch you have to raise your legs as shown in the picture above. This crunch is basically the best exercise to remove fats from down of navel.

 6. Oblique Crunch

Oblique Crunch basically removes fats from sides. It removes fats from arm to navel. In this exercise, you have to raise your both legs. You have to do this exercise for both left and right sides.

7. Vertical Leg Crunch

Vertical leg crunch is same as reverse crunch but in this crunch, your hips should not move up. you have to keep your hips on the floor and move your legs up and down.

8. Raised Crunch

In this crunch, you have to touch your feet. In the beginning, you won’t be able to touch your feet but with some tries, your hands will reach to feet. This is the best crunch to remove fats from the middle of your belly.

Swimming

The next thing you have to do is swimming. If you know how to swim then you must try swimming. While you swim, you get work from your hands and push yourself forward. This movement of your hands also exert some effects on your belly. So it can remove your belly fats.

Walk on Stairs

While moving on stairs, you exert force and if you feel, your belly also take part in pushing you up. You will feel some tension in your belly. So it will burn your belly fats.
