Boil an egg and eat it. It depends upon your choice to boil it half or full, but we will recommend half boiled egg. Add some salt with it to fulfill your calcium and potassium needs.
Note: If you have blood pressure then stay away from egg.
3. Food & Water
As we mentioned above, lack of food and water causes headache. So try to eat some thing and drink water. It regulate your normal metabolic process.

your body need rest. So you take some rest in dark room. Don’t sleep in bright light because very bright light can cause headache. (As we mentioned above)

Your mobile and computer have very bright light. Moreover it emit radiations which are very dangerous for your health specially your eyes and mind. So cut off your time from computer and mobile.
Take some medicines like panadol, panadol extra, aspirin etc. You can take some other common drugs to treat headache.
